This poor soul was found in an absolutely heartbreaking state—covered in filth, struggling to breathe, foaming at the mouth, and with severe nasal discharge. He was barely hanging on, abandoned and completely alone in the streets. He had clearly been sick for a long time without any care.

Thankfully, he was rescued just in time by @lolasrescued_cats and immediately rushed to the clinic. But his condition is critical, and he needs intensive treatment and care to have any chance of survival.

After reaching the clininc he immediately began receiving intensive veterinary treatment. So far, Dylan has undergone: Full bloodwork (CBC and protein panels), Emergency medications (antibiotics, antifungals, anti-inflammatories, etc.), Placement of an IV catheter, Sedation and pain management, Castration surgery, Extensive dental surgery: including extraction of infected teeth, supportive treatments during his hospitalization for 20 days to stabilize and monitor his condition.

Despite all odds, Dylan is fighting—and he’s showing signs of hope.
