Oracle has been our beloved cat for nearly three years now and is the heart of our home. She loves to follow us from room to room for attention and curls up beside us whenever we sit down. She even sits next to the warm laptop fan when I'm using it for work or gaming. She truly makes our days brighter.

But right now, Oracle is in pain, and we are desperate to help her. One of her teeth has rotted so badly that it must be pulled immediately. Without surgery, she cannot eat or play in the way that she wants to. She has been regurgitating dry food because chewing is too painful, and she's become unusually vocal as if she's trying to tell us how badly it hurts. We can tell she isn't taking the time to chew because when she spits up its still intact. It's absolutely heartbreaking to see her like this. While she still seems to be able to stomach soft wet food like pate, It's important she takes her urinary care medicated kibble due to past medical issues.

My wife and I are both full-time students, and despite doing everything we possibly can, we cannot afford the urgent surgery she needs. Every day that passes without care is another day she is in pain, and it pains us to see her in this state. We feel so guilty, but looking at the logistics and the facts of reality this is the only way we can afford this crucial surgery at this time.

Oracle has given us unconditional love and happiness from the moment we brought he home. We really want to do the same, and support her the same way she supports us.
