<div>Our band never imagined we would be in this position.
</div>
<div>Nearly a year after releasing Rubidium , no tangible copies of our album have been made or delivered.. not to us, and not to the people who purchased or pre-ordered it in good faith.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We have tried to resolve this privately and professionally. We waited. We reached out. Nothing..
</div>
<div>Without access to our own music, we are at a standstill. We cannot press records. We cannot distribute. We are stuck.
</div>
<div>We exhausted every other option, it feels. We’ve made the difficult decision to seek legal representation to regain the rights to our work.
</div>
<div>We have found an attorney willing to fight for us. Now we are asking for help covering the legal costs so we can reclaim our music and finally move forward.
</div>
<div>Every share, donation, every word of encouragement helps us more than you know. Thank you for believing in us. Thank you for helping us fight this.
