When Hurricane Helene ripped through WNC, my shop in Waynesville (where all of my homemade bases are prepared) was flooded. It's so badly damaged, I'll never be able to operate in that space again.

<div>I put everything into this business. Built that shop with my own two hands. So much heart, love, time, money, and energy went into that space. I love giving back to the community through this project and I know folks have lost so much more. I want to get things up and running as soon as possible so I can help them.

<div>This is my livelihood, my only source of income, and I was finally going to be able to pay myself after a year and a half of hard work because October is a notoriously busy month in the mountains. Now I don't know if we'll be able to pay our bills, put food in the cupboards, let alone help our neighbors when they need it most.
