<div>On September 18, 2025, a devastating fire ripped through the Red Hook Arts District in Brooklyn, completely destroying many businesses, including <strong>Lanoba Design—</strong>our shop specializing in restoring Danish vintage mid-century modern furniture. Our entire inventory and equipment were lost, and the space we called home is gone.

<div>We (<strong>Lars and David</strong>) started Lanoba 10 years ago out of our loft, carefully refurbishing and restoring furniture piece by piece. Lanoba has always been more than a shop—it’s a deeply personal project for us, built with care and connection, and a way to share our love of classic design with others who value it too. Over the years, we’ve poured our energy into this work, growing slowly and steadily.
