 Help Us Rebuild After Devastating Break-Ins
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 We never thought we would find ourselves in a situation where we had to ask for help.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Our stores in Belgium have recently been targeted by break-ins, leaving our business with losses estimated at approximately €175,000.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Among the stolen items were eight high-end custom-built bicycles, representing a significant part of our losses. These are distinctive, individually built bikes, and we are doing everything possible to recover them.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 In a very short period of time, what we spent years building was seriously damaged. The loss of inventory, damage to our stores and the disruption to our operations have put our company in an extremely difficult position.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Where we are today
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 We did have insurance coverage of approximately €75,000. However, at this stage, we do not yet know how much of the claim will actually be reimbursed or how long the process will take.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Unfortunately, the business cannot simply wait.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Right now, our operations are severely disrupted. We need funds to replace inventory, repair and secure our locations, rebuild our operational structure and provide the working capital necessary to get the business moving again.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Without sufficient funds to restart operations, there is a real possibility that we may be forced to close.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 That is why we are asking our community for help.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Help us get back on our feet
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 We have created this fundraiser to give our business a chance to recover and continue operating.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 The money raised will help us:
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Replace stolen and damaged inventory
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Repair and restore our stores
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Strengthen security to protect against future incidents
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Rebuild essential parts of our operations
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Provide working capital while the business recovers
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Cover essential operating expenses
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Protect jobs and keep our stores open
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Our total losses are estimated at approximately €175,000. While we have insurance coverage of approximately €75,000, the final amount that will be reimbursed remains uncertain.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Every contribution helps.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Whether it is €5, €10, €25, €50, €100 or more, every donation gives us more time and more resources to rebuild.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 And if you are unable to donate, simply sharing this fundraiser with your friends, family, customers or community can make an enormous difference.
</div>

 Help Us Find the Stolen Bikes
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 During the break-ins, eight high-end custom-built bicycles were stolen.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 We will publish photos and information about the stolen bikes on our official Instagram account, so that people can see exactly what they look like and help us keep an eye out for them.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Because these are distinctive custom-built bicycles, we hope that someone may recognize one of them, see one being offered for sale, or come across information that could help with their recovery.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 If you have seen any of these bikes or have any information that could help us locate them, please contact us directly through our official Instagram account.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Even the smallest piece of information could be helpful.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Please also consider sharing the photos and information about the stolen bikes. The more people who see them, the better the chance that someone will recognize them.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Transparency
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 We understand that when people contribute their own money, they deserve transparency.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 We will provide updates about our recovery, the insurance process and how the funds raised are helping us rebuild and restart the business.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 If insurance compensation is received, we will also communicate this transparently as part of our updates.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 We are not ready to give up
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 This company represents years of work, sacrifice and commitment.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 The hardest part of this situation is knowing that we still have the people, the customers and the determination to continue — but right now, we need the financial resources to make that possible.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 We are doing everything we can to rebuild.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 We are simply asking for a chance to keep going.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Every donation is a brick in rebuilding our business.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Thank you to everyone who has supported us, contacted us and offered help.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Whether you donate, share our fundraiser, or help spread the word about the stolen bikes, you are helping give our business a chance to survive this and rebuild.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Thank you for standing with us and helping us keep our doors open.
