Support our re - launch and pivot after 2020

Hello. We are crowd funding support for our small family business to re launch in this new post pandemic paradigm. We own and operate the Estero Cafe in Valley Ford, California and opened our new restaurant in the historic Old Railroad Square in Santa Rosa.
We are a very small family business that was just growing into our second location and had opened only softly for ten days before the shutdowns. We opened February 28th 2020. This put us in a very vulnerable position when the shutdowns first occurred. While our flagship location has been eligible for small grants and loans our new location was not opened in 2019 making it ineligible for any government support.
Our extended family encouraged us to crowd fund sooner but we wanted to try everything we could to make it on our own first. We've been able to hang on to the space but need your help to turn it back on. We know in so many ways we are fortunate and blessed. That being said, in order to open we need to raise funds to:
-Build a strong online presence with a website and online ordering.
-Reconfigure our systems + offerings including changing out some pieces of furniture, equipment and signage. This includes creating a ordering kiosk and pick up window.
-Hire and train new staff
-Renew licenses and permits
We are planning a business Pivot to a fast casual farm to table burger establishment. We are unable to fully open our original Americana concept at this time.
Donating will help us AND many other local food workers trying to survive the Covid - 19 shutdowns. We are committed to providing a safe and positive work space. We have always been and will continue to be committed to sourcing locally produced + sustainable ingredients.
We are humbled already by how supportive our community has been to us and so many small businesses. Any small amounts that can be spared will be greatly appreciated and used with upmost respect. We plan to turn this crowd funded donation into profitable work for our family, friends, team members + colleagues. We've always been active members in our communities and so it is with a great amount of humility and pride that we turn to you and ask for help.
