Help us Raise Money for St Joseph Hospital

Hi, our names are Ramat, Shola and Samantha and we’re medical students from the UK who have been volunteering in Tanzania for the past 4 weeks.

During our time here, we have seen the challenges faced by both patients and healthcare professionals when providing care due to limited resources and financial constraint. We were disheartened to see the rationing of medical equipment with monitoring machines sometimes having to be shared between patients and this has inspired to raise funds to buy basic equipments to improve the quality of care for patients and make the lives of doctors easier.

We have asked the doctors for what they need the most and they requested the following items:

Depending on how much we are able to raise, we plan to provide them with as much as we can and use any excess funds to pay for patients’ investigations and treatments. Please donate as little or as much as you can to help us improve the quality of treatment for patients at St. Josephs and feel free to share this with your community. Thank you!
