<div>We have set up this GoFund me page to raise money to help Sean get the treatment that he needs.

<div>In February 2024, Sean was diagnosed with AML (Acute Myeloid Leukaemia) with a rare mutation of KMT2A.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With the help of chemotherapy, Sean’s strength and bravery meant that he went into remission. Devastatingly, he relapsed and the cancer came back.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This then lead to Sean having a stem cell transplant from a generous American donor in December 2024, and we believed he was finally on the path to recovery. We were told the cancer was gone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>However, just last week, June 2025, we received devastating news: the cancer has returned and it is more aggressive than ever.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The doctors have given Sean only months to live, but Sean is not ready to give up! Sean has a beautiful son, Jimmy, who is only 15 months old. We are hoping that with your help, we can keep Sean here with his loving family to make as many memories as he can with them.
</div>

</div>
<div>He has started a clinical drugs trial which should, hopefully, give us enough time to raise as much money as we can and get him abroad for specialist treatment.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He is hopeful that pioneering treatment options could extend his life, give him more precious time with his loved ones and the chance to continue fighting.
</div>

</div>
<div>We all know Sean and how strong and courageous he is. He is the strongest person I know, but he cannot do this alone. Please - he needs our help.
