<div><strong>Help Protect Your Fee-Simple Property Rights!</strong>
</div>

</div>
<div>The Province of British Columbia is moving forward with reconciliation policies that could have far-reaching effects—often without full transparency. We’re taking legal action to ensure these policies respect constitutional obligations, democratic values, and the rights of all residents.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why this matters:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>•	The government is implementing changes under DRIPA and related agreements that could create parallel systems of governance.
</div>
<div>•	Decisions made in secret may affect private property rights and the legal certainty of communities across BC, including the Sunshine Coast.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Our legal challenge:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>PHARA is standing up for transparency and accountability. Our case asks key questions:
</div>
<div>•	Are current government actions consistent with Canadian law?
</div>
<div>•	Can reconciliation policies proceed without undermining property rights or democratic principles?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Community impact:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This isn’t just a legal issue—it affects all residents who want fair, transparent governance and secure property rights. By supporting this challenge, you help protect your community and ensure future decisions are made openly and responsibly.

<div><strong>How you can help:</strong>

<div>Please donate today to support our legal challenge and help protect equal rights and access to public lands in BC. And please share this campaign with your friends, family, and neighbours.

<div><strong>About PHARA:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>PHARA is a registered society dedicated to the vitality and livability of the Pender Harbour and Egmont communities. We became involved in the DRIPA issue because of local impacts on the Sunshine Coast, but the consequences of this law affect all British Columbians.
