<div>We are the rock band DAZR from South Carolina. Like most young people our age, the pandemic was especially hard. Our generation missed out on so much those past 2 years with college classes moving online, canceled football games, and separation from friends and family. However, out of that unprecedented time, we formed this amazing rock band! We have met so many fun and interesting people and it is our dream to do this professionally. Music is our passion but what brings us the most joy is giving our audience an unforgettable experience! For the last year, we have been exciting our generation with rock and roll from iconic bands such as Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, Rush, Deep Purple, Aerosmith, and more. Some our age are just hearing these songs for the first time and falling in love with them! Our band is now writing original music and we are having great success with bookings. Traveling to shows hasn't been a problem up until now since we haven't traveled far enough not to be able to make it back home after a show. We have used one of our band members' truck to pull an enclosed trailer or rented Uhaul trailers. Unfortunately, he had to sell his truck and look for a car with decent gas mileage due to the higher cost of gas and some repairs he could not afford to make. Now that we are booking out of state we want to make sure we have a reliable vehicle. We are raising money to buy a decent, reliable van that will be large enough for equipment, has low mileage, and is safe. Money raised will also go toward food, hotel, and gas.
