Help us pay for Dash's leg amputation

Sweet, 3-4 month old pup Dash was brought to Colleton County with multiple injuries of an unknown cause. He was completely broken in spirit and in unimaginable pain. His injuries consisted of multiple lacerations as well as a shattered hind leg and there is a chunk missing from his front leg.

The incredible shelter workers at Colleton got him right to the vet for pain management and into a loving foster home until he could see a specialist. They reached out to us at For the Love of Dogs Rescue to see if we could take on his medical needs and eventually find him a forever home up here in New York. We, of course, didn't hesitate to help!

Instead of bouncing around and playing like every puppy should be doing, little Dash is at the specialty vet fighting a hefty infection and getting his leg amputated. There was far too much damage to save his leg and amputation was the only option.
