Help us move before Eviction

I must say, this is probably one of the hardest things I have ever done. I'm not a fan of asking for help and have always try to figure it out on my own, but even I know when its time to seek assistance.
For 15 years, I did everything I could to make sure that my husbands military career could be the best, I worked full-time, and then when he deployed, I became a Stay-at-home mom, so that our kids could have all of me while he was gone. During that time, our middle son developed "Pediatric Epilespy" and has been battling it ever since. I started working part-time so that I could still be the childrens primary care givier and be able to take them all ( 4 kids) to doctors, dentist, eye appts; you name it, and it worked. Until it didn't. My husband said he was done and wanted out. Being deployed numerous times had changed him so I agreed. We settled on half the suggest amount of child support as we wanted to see if we could work things out. We couldnt, and have called it dead in the water.
Sadly he has decided that he doesnt want to continue to contribute any additional funds to his kids ( not including the extremely low child support that is taken directly from his check) which was what we agreed upon at the meeting. My landlord refuses to work for me any longer as we got this house as a family; once he left the landlord agreed to give me a month to try and make it work. As of December 1, I couldnt come up with the thousands of dollars he declared I needed and he is within his right to start the eviction process; which he filed on December 2nd and gives us roughly until after christmas to vacate.
I'm working and currently inteviewing for jobs 2 and 3 to take care of these babies, but we are drowning in the bills that he left us with, in addition to having to take unpaid days to tend to my children when they are ill or if Trey is having epileptic events.
The funds will go directly towards first months rent/security deposit of a smaller house for the children and I to live in.

All I ask is PLEASE refrain from bashing me, or my children. We are doing the best we can in a difficult situation. Its killing me to even ask for any kind of help, so if you feel that we are out of line, please send me a message or simply keep scrolling .
