The Centre for Mental Health and Addictions (The Centre) is a non-profit organization that has been offering free counselling services for 2022 in Calgary and all of Alberta. At The Centre, we believe that cost should never be a barrier to getting the help you need. We offer comprehensive, professional counselling on a sliding scale with no cap on the number of sessions or population-specific requirements. Everyone struggles from time to time, and everyone is worthy of support for as long as they need it.
