Help my yoga studio make it through the Pandemic!

I started my small business in March, 2020. It's a tiny yoga studio. My mission is to offer classes in evidence-based modalities to help those suffering from chronic stress, chronic illness, and trauma recovery.
I think we all know what happened next...Covid-19 arrived. Unfortunately, due to my opening date, I'm ineligible for any Federal or state grants as they all require tax forms from 2019 and the cutoff date is Feb 29, 2020. I'm also ineligible for PPP loans.
I immediately went online to offer classes and crossed my fingers. Without an established student following, it was certainly challenging! I depleted my savings by summer, but by then we were able to offer outdoor classes, which saved us for a while!! After that, I received a tiny local grant which covered 2 months of rent, but I'm almost out of funds again, and we're SO CLOSE to the end!
