Every war, we talked about when it would end, and we'd return to our homes, our lives, and see our friends. Now, there's <strong>no home</strong> to return to, <strong>no friends</strong>, <strong>no life at all</strong>.

<div>I had a life, a university, friends, places, and I was very happy. I had dreams, goals, and passion, and I was charting my own path, striving with all my might to achieve those dreams. I used to stay up all night drawing and studying, going to university without sleep just to submit my projects on time. I was among the top students in my college, with an excellent grade. But now, there's no trace left of my future. Now, my dream is just to live.

<div>An unknown future and exhausting to contemplate. What will happen to us? How will I continue my studies and university? How will I continue my life? <em>How many times do we have to start from scratch</em>? It's all so much harder than you can imagine.

<div>I honestly don't know how I'm still living after all this. My family and I have been displaced seven times from north to south Gaza, forcibly. I can't find words to describe the extent of the suffering we've endured.

<div>I’m trying but before I go on, let me introduce you to my wonderful, talented family: my father, a 59-year-old university professor, my mother, a 48-year-old English teacher, my eldest sister Riman, a 24-year-old dentist, my eldest brother Yousef, an 18-year-old first-year medical student, my brother Mohammed, 16 years old, my sister Enas, 14 years old, and our youngest brother Anas, who is 12.

<div>After our home in the north was bombed and destroyed, we were forced to flee several times from the north to the south of Gaza. We've been living through several wars for seven months now. Alongside the ongoing war, we endure battles against cold, hunger, and thirst. We long for home and life. We're living the nightmare of displacement in all its details, from the journey to get water to lighting a fire for cooking, from searching for food to fleeing from death, from bathing to finding internet access. We live this nightmare every day.

<div>After our fifth displacement, the apartment we sought refuge in was bombed over our heads. We could hardly believe we were still alive. Soldiers stormed the house and held us captive for a terrifying night. It was one of the most terrifying moments, as executions seemed random. We miraculously survived.

<div>After our release, we weren't allowed to take any of our belongings or money. I literally begged a soldier to allow me to put on my shoes, but he refused! We walked barefoot under heavy shelling and insane clashes, without anything, without money, food, or even clothes. Then we were besieged and starved for four days under continuous bombardment. Our escape was the hardest part, walking on foot until we miraculously reached Rafah.

<div>We've been living in a tent for two months now.

Our only hope is to leave the country and start a new life in a stable place. The cost of leaving through the Rafah crossing to Egypt is around $5000 per person (as it's the only way out). <strong>You're our only hope to gather this money and escape this hell.</strong>

<div>انا جد ما بعرف انا كيف عايشة بعد كل هادا، نزحت أنا و عائلتي ٧ مرات من الشمال للجنوب قسراً، مش لاقية كلام أوصفلكم فيه حجم المعاناة اللّي مرينا فيها،رح أحاول بس قبل خلوني اعرفكم على عيلتي الحلوة المبدعة، بابا دكتور جامعي٥٩ سنة، ماما معلمة لغة انجليزية٤٨ سنة، ريمان اختي الكبيرة ٢٤ دكتورة أسنان، يوسف الأخ الأكبر١٨ سنة طالب طب بشري بسنته الأولى، محمد ١٦ سنة، ايناس اختي الصغيرة ١٤ سنة، أنس صغيرنا ١٢.

<div>بعدما تم تفجير و تدمير منزلنا بالشمال أُجبرنا على النزوح عدّة مرات من الشمال لجنوب غزة، سبعة شهور و نحن نعيش عدة حروب، ف بجانب الحرب القائمة نعيش حرب البرد و الجوع و العطش، نعيش حرب الحنين للمنزل و للحياة، نعيش حرب النزوح بكل تفاصيلها، من رحلة نقل الماء لرحلة إشعال نار الطهي، لرحلة البحث عن الطعام لرحلة الهرب من الموت، لرحلة الاستحمام، لرحلة البحث عن انترنت،نعيش هذا الكابوس يومياً.

<div>و بعد نزوحنا الخامس في بيت أقرباءنا تم تفجير الشقة فوق رؤوسنا، نكاد لا نصدّق أننا على قيد الحياة، اقتحم الجنود المنزل و احتجزونا ليلة كاملة لديهم، كانت أكثر اللحظات رعباً، حيث كانت عمليات الإعدام عشوائية، نجونا بأعجوبة…

<div>و بعد إطلاق سراحنا لم يسمحوا لنا بأخد أي من امتعتنا أو أموالنا، حرفيا توسّلت للجندي كي يسمح لي بلبس حذائي لكنه رفض! ، خرجنا حافيين القدميين تحت قصف عنيف و اشتباكات جنونية بلا أي شيء بلا مال او طعام او حتى ملابس، ثم تم حصارنا و تجويعنا لأربعة أيام تحت قصف جنوني مستمر، و رحلة هروبنا كانت الأصعب، مشيا على الأقدام حتى وصلنا رفح بأعجوبة.

<div>الآن و بعدما فقدنا كل ما نملك، فقدنا منزلنا الذي نحبه، فقدنا عملنا و فقدنا أموالنا، فقدنا جامعاتنا و مدارسنا، فقدنا كل شيء حرفياً، أصبح الأمر مسألة حياة او موت، ف بقي الأمل الوحيد لدينا بمغادرة البلاد و البدء بحياة جديدة بمكان مستقر، تكلفة مغادرة الشخص الواحد عبر معبر رفح لمصر تقارب ال 5000 دولار للشخص الواحد (حيث انها الطريق الوحيد للمغادرة)، أنتم أملنا الوحيد بجمع هذه النقود و مغادرة هذا الجحيم.
