Please Help Us Fund Our Pilot Project!

Epilogue Foundation is a grassroots nonprofit in Portland, OR.
Our missions are to provide end-of-life (EOL) education and guesthouse options where people can spend their final days comfortably as who they are.

We're currently working on designing a pilot project, led by a vision for the future where people can check themselves into a beautiful guesthouse to die at peace and ease.

We envision hosting guests who wish to exercise MAiD (medical aid in dying) in partnership with a small group of vacation rental hosts & local EOL professionals (e.g., End-of-Life Advocacy & Care LLC, EOL doulas, hospice programs, prescribing physicians, and other amazing organizations and providers).

We hope to gather qualitative and quantitative data throughout the process, so that we can deepen our understanding of the EOL needs, wants, and challenges in our community based on the real voice.

It is also our ambition to share the wisdom we learned from this pilot project with the general, professional, and academic societies as part of our education mission.

Epilogue Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization. Donations are deductible to the fullest extent of law under the Internal Revenue Code ; )
