What was supposed to be our best musical year ever, has turned out to be our worst concert year ever!
“The Maestro & The European Pop Orchestra” is a contemporary pop orchestra led by orchestra leader, violin soloist , and composer Guido Dieteren. Together with soprano and wife Wendy Kokkelkoren, Guido and his orchestra prove that pop and classical music blend harmoniously.
Since the beginning of March, all our national and international concerts and recordings have been canceled, due to Corona and the decisions made by governments worldwide.
This means that 50 of our musicians, crewmembers, office-, catering- and studio staff are unemployed right now. As you can imagine, this creates a lot of distress for all of us!
With your support, we would love to do what we do best..., writing, performing , and enjoying our passion by playing music, so we can create a new album for you during this period!
For that, we need your help!
Recording new musical tracks with all our musicians, means we need financial support for:
- Salary of all the musicians, composers, arrangers and staff involved in the creative and production process
- Rehearsing
- Studio rental
- Recording engineers
- Travel expenses for the crew and musicians
- Studio Catering
- Designing, artwork & editing of the new album
- Photoshoot, stylist & make-up artist
Together with your support, we can hopefully all come out of this crisis stronger and celebrate “The Maestro & The European Pop Orchestra’s 20th anniversary” in 2021!
