<div>Our family is going through something we never expected. Recently, our mum was diagnosed with cancer, and everything in our lives changed almost overnight. She is currently in hospital and will soon begin treatment, but the past few weeks have been extremely difficult.

<div>A few days ago, Mum had to undergo life-saving emergency surgery. The cancer had caused serious internal issues, and doctors had no choice but to operate. They had to remove multiple organs and affected areas to try to stabilise her and give her a fighting chance.
</div>

<div>The surgery was long and very serious, and she is now recovering in hospital. Seeing her go through something so major has been heartbreaking for us. The recovery will be slow, and she will need ongoing support for all the challenges ahead.

<div>With Mum unable to work and our family needing to be at the hospital constantly, we are struggling financially. We are doing everything we can, but we simply can’t keep up with the basic costs of living, transport, and the added expenses that come with caring for someone in hospital.
</div>

<div>We never imagined creating a fundraiser, but right now we have no other choice. Every donation will go directly towards helping Mum during her recovery and helping our family keep going during this incredibly hard time. Even a small amount or a share makes a huge difference.
