<div><strong>Norwich Unity Hub is launching an important appeal - one that could help save lives in our community.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are raising £2,000 to install a suicide prevention bench at Carrow House. A simple yet powerful resource offering 24/7 access to crisis support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>These benches are more than just a place to sit. They are a visible reminder that help is always available, no matter the time of day or night.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Each bench provides:
</div>
<ul>
<li>Direct contact numbers for crisis support
</li>
<li>QR codes connecting people instantly to trained listeners
</li>
<li>Built-in lighting so it remains a beacon of hope, even in the darkest hours
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In moments of crisis, something as small as a pause, a place to sit, and a reminder that someone cares can make all the difference.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This initiative is part of the incredible work by <a href="https://www.legend-on-the-bench.co.uk/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Legend on the Bench</a> , a charity dedicated to placing these life-saving benches in communities across the UK, ensuring no one feels alone or without support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Now, we need your help to bring one to Norwich.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our goal is to raise £2,000 by 1st September to purchase and install the bench at Carrow House, with the necessary permissions already in place. Every donation, no matter how small, brings us closer to making this a reality.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>By supporting this appeal, you are helping to:
</div>
<ul>
<li>Raise awareness around mental health
</li>
<li>Provide immediate access to support for those in crisis
</li>
<li>Create a safe, visible space of reassurance in our community
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Together, we can make sure that when someone needs help, it is right there... within reach.
</div>
<div> Please donate if you can, and help us spread the word
</div>
<div> Share this appeal with friends, family, and colleagues
</div>
<div>Let’s come together as a community to create something that could truly save lives.
</div>
<div>Thank you for your support,
