On June 10, 2026, our family experienced the unimaginable loss of our beloved Adrian Hawkins, who was tragically taken from us at just 20 years old in a senseless act of violence. Adrian was so much more than the circumstances surrounding his death. He was a loving son, a protective brother, a grandson, a nephew, a cousin, and a friend. Like many young adults, Adrian faced challenges throughout his life, but he was working toward positive changes and a brighter future. Those who truly knew him knew his heart, his smile, and the love he had for his family.

 For Andrea, this tragedy is especially heartbreaking. Four years ago, she lost her daughter, Kaiya, and now she is faced with the unimaginable pain of burying another child. No parent should ever have to endure such profound loss. Our family has entrusted me, LaDorsa H. Battle, Adrian's great-aunt, with managing this GoFundMe so that every donation is handled with care, transparency, and accountability. Andrea is focused on grieving and making funeral arrangements, and your support will help ease the financial burden during this heartbreaking time.
