<div>She faced life’s challenges with remarkable resilience, overcoming nine heart surgeries, fluid in her brain, and a previous battle with breast cancer. When she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of triple-negative breast cancer, she fought with the same unyielding strength that defined her.

<div>She closed her eyes for eternal rest on Sunday, March 9, 2025, in Nairobi, Kenya. We are so proud of her! She passed away doing what she loved building communities on a global level. We will make sure her legacy lives on in Kenya.
