I’m not the best at asking for help, but we’ve reached a point where we can’t do this alone. Since last year, our family has been pushing through a season of constant challenges: raising four kids (including a toddler and a baby), keeping up with bills, and trying to stay afloat while my art business slowed down. No matter how hard we’ve worked, it feels like one setback after another. Now with a toddler and baby, my time for art sales has been even more limited.

Here’s where things could turn around:

My husband, Brennen, recently started a new driving job. If he can get the equipment to finish setting up his truck to lease on, he’ll be able to greatly increase his weekly income. That income would give us the stability to finally catch up on bills, take care of our kids without constant stress, and dig ourselves out of the hole we’ve been in.

The only thing standing in the way is about $5,000 in startup costs (flatbed trailer, straps, and a few other essentials). Right now every paycheck disappears into groceries, bills, and the kids’ needs, leaving nothing to invest toward this opportunity.

We aren’t asking for help with our day-to-day bills, we’re asking for a hand up so Brennen can fully step into this new role and build a more secure future for our family.
