<div>Samiah and Joslyn Alston have had a hard few years but have remained motivated to participate in activities, like cheerleading, that bring them joy.
</div>
<div>Tragically, the girls lost their mother, Angel Alston, in a devastating accident in July of 2024. The girls are living with their loving grandmother who is taking care of all their daily needs.
</div>
<div>Many of you have reached out and asked how you can help the girls as they grieve. First, we would ask you to continue to pray for these precious young ladies as they process such a huge loss. Please pray for comfort for their hurting hearts.
</div>
<div>Second, if you are able to donate, both girls have expressed an interest in joining a competitive travel cheer organization in our community. We feel that the physical exercise, the comrade of being part of a close knit team, and the fun they would have while participating would very helpful at this time. Anything that you can contribute towards their monthly fees, uniforms, or travel expenses would be greatly appreciated.
