Dear Friends and Family,

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my beloved mother, Evelyn Thurston. She was a beacon of love, kindness, and wisdom in our lives, and her memory will forever remain in our hearts.

As we navigate through this difficult time, we are faced with the unexpected costs associated with her funeral and memorial services. To honor her memory and give her the farewell she deserves, we are reaching out to our community for support.

My mom touched so many lives during her 69 years on this earth. She spent 52 of them raising us 8 children as well as helping with her grandchildren and fostering many others. She was always there to lend a helping hand, offer a comforting word, or share a heartfelt laugh. Now, we have the chance to give back to her in a meaningful way.

We are hoping to raise as much as we can of the 10,685 to cover the costs of the funeral, memorial service, and related expenses. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference and help us honor her legacy. If unable to help financially we completely understand but even sharing the post will help spread the word.
