<div>We're ready to bring free Medicaid advocacy resources to Arkansas.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>There's one small problem.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>$270.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That's the online filing fee for an out-of-state nonprofit to obtain authority to operate in Arkansas.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>So instead of burying the fee in our operating expenses, we're doing something more interesting: we're asking Arkansas communities to help us cross the starting line.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our fundraising goal is exactly $270.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>When we raise it, we file.
