Help us get through these hard time god bless

Hi my name is Matthew a loving father of 2 children and a happy married man to a amazing wife Heather, me and my wife have been battling with health issues for the past 10 years but here within the last 4 years our health issues have been gradually getting worse for the last few months I have not been able to work as I would like to due to our health issues and it has became a financial problem, I was diagnosed 10 yrs ago with intestinal ulcerative colitis and celiac disease which has been getting worse over the years and when the intestinal ulcerative colitis flairs up it makes me sick and very weak and im not able to work and causes me to be subject to getting blood infections and it has finally taken its tole on my health and body and my body and health needs to recover, my wife has been dealing with severe anxiety disorder which has prevented her from leaving the house for the most part I dont want to go into detail about her anxiety for the respect for her because she feels no one understand when she tries to explain it and it embarrasses her.
