Help us find Richard Maxwell Albright

Richard Maxwell “Max” Albright, left his home in Jackson Heights, Queens, New York at 11:18 on 10/14/2021 to take a walk. He told his wife he would not be going far, as his feet were hurting. He has not been seen since. Max has no history of mental illness, dementia or depression. His family, friends, and coworkers do not believe it is possible he left purposefully, or took his own life. He is an extremely devoted nurse with the Hospital for Special Surgery, he has called out less than 10 times in the the 16 years he has worked there. He is a loving husband of 23 years, his world revolves around his best friend and wife, Cathy. We do not feel that we have received the proper response from the police, and while we are grateful for the media attention we have received, it’s not enough. We are still as lost as we were the day he went missing. We would like to raise money for a private investigator to help find him.
