In mid-December, we discussed Natalie's sudden loss of balance on the left side of her body with our pediatrician, and the physician advised us to go directly to the emergency room. After receiving a diagnosis of an incurable brain stem tumor called DIPG , Natalie is currently being treated at Valley Children's Hospital and is waiting to be sent to San Francisco in order to undergo more testing in the hopes of overcoming this terrible nightmare. She does not deserve this; she is only three years old. I took an immediate leave of absence from work to be with my baby full-time. Since I am going to be on leave and not be working, I am asking for your help as a broken man who feels so worthless right now.
