Help us establish the Still Loved Foundation

Donation protected
4 years ago, Our first baby, Jace was born sleeping. Talking about stillborn awareness makes a lot of people uncomfortable but the truth is, it can happen to anyone.  Im not saying this to scare any expecting parents but it’s a real thing and it’s a heartbreaking thing. When it does happen, it’s not something you expect or prepare for. You don’t prepare for the loss and you certainly do not prepare for it financially.

Every year we host an event in Jace’s honor and we raise money for the same charity. Their cause is important but I just feel like we can and should be doing more.

The truth is, when we lost Jace, we struggled big time financially. We had people ask us if they could start a go fund me for us and we politely declined. A lot of people do not want to ask for any help publicly. So it has had me thinking... what if we can assist families with their finances in a more private manner? How many people are struggling while dealing with loss but do not want to ask for help? Some days I do wish we got assistance because falling behind on finances makes everything worse. The last thing anyone should have to worry about is money or having to return back to work way too soon.

We have been talking about this for a long time and have decided to do something that is going to help a lot of other bereaved parents out there. We want to be able to help parents financially while dealing with the loss of their babies.

We have decided to start our own nonprofit organization. ALL donations will go right to the people who really need it. ❤️

We know we will be starting off small but I hope with all of your help, this will continue to grow and we can continue to help more families.

This is where you guys come in.

Every year when my birthday approaches Facebook asks me to pick a charity that I want to help raise funds for. This year I am asking for all of you to help us get started.

To start we need the funds to do so. We must file with the IRS for our 501(c)(3). This means a we would be a nonprofit organization that has been recognized by the IRS as being tax-exempt by virtue of its charitable programs.  I do still have the donations from our last event and This is a great start but we are still short.

Anything we raise over our set goal with go into the charity and directly back to helping people who really need this.

Any amount helps so please consider donating even if it’s $1. If you can not donate at this time, please share with others.

Thank you all in advance for your help. You do not know how much this means to us and what this is going to mean for so many others❤️
