<div>What happens when foster care ends… but life is just beginning?
</div>
<div>Every year, around 1,000 young people age out of foster care in Texas, many without family, support, or a safe place to call home. Within just a few years, up to 40% will experience homelessness.
</div>
<div>At 18, most of us were still figuring life out — with help. But for many foster youth, turning 18 means being handed a trash bag, a few belongings, and a goodbye.

<div>We’re building Hope Homes to change that.

<div>Hope Homes is a faith-based emergency housing initiative created for young adults aging out of the foster care system. Our vision is to build a secure, supportive environment where these young men and women can find:

</div>
<div>•	Mentorship and life-skills training
</div>
<div>•	Emotional and spiritual support
</div>
<div>•	Access to education, therapy, and job prep
</div>
<div>•	A real sense of community — and hope.
</div>

<div>We’re stepping out in faith — but we can’t do this alone.
