<div>While I was preparing to launch my online course on <a href="https://www.al-agedi.com/academy" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Change Management</a>  , she peeked over my shoulder and asked:

<div>When I told her, she asked again,

<div>“What is change management?”
</div>

<div>Her curiosity stopped me in my tracks.
</div>
<div>How could I explain such a complex topic to a 9-year-old?

<div>That moment sparked a powerful question:
