Hello from Victor and Diana Atkins!

We are fine artists and filmmakers based in Los Angeles, California and are currently developing a trilogy of short films about hope, courage and spiritual awakening. These films are geared for online distribution, film festivals and movie theaters. The first film of the trilogy Landing is already completed and can be viewed online. Please note that this film is rated PG for some language.

We need your help!
To create the second and third films, we need to raise $10,000. We have already secured the commitments of an award-winning cinematographer, a producer and several actors.

The funds will be used for the following:
  • Hiring a producer, cinematographer, actors and crew
  • Locations
  • Finishing Costs: music & stock images
  • Distribution: entry fees for film festivals
  • Advertising

We invite you to share the thrill and satisfaction of bringing hopeful and inspiring stories into the world.

We have tiers of thank you gifts based on your donation:
  • $25–$100: a digital copy of The Market
  • $101–$250: a digital copy of The Market + a custom-designed T-Shirt
  • $251–$500: a digital copy, the T-Shirt + an invitation to a screening of the film
  • First two $500+ donations: will receive all the above + an invitation to observe during a segment of the shoot
  • $500+: all the above for funding the entire project + an executive producer credit.

Thank you so much for your time and consideration! We look forward to partnering with you in making these films a reality.

About our three short films
Landing follows a woman consumed by the online digital world and how she finds an unexpected freedom in the most unusual of places.

Waiting is about a woman in a place of hope deferred. Everything she’s tried has been unsuccessful. At her wit’s end, she tries one last shot to fulfill her dream of motherhood.

The Market is about how an unexpected blessing comes to a lonely woman when a man answers God’s call even in the most inconvenient times.

People who’ve viewed Landing said this about the film:
“I just watched your short film, Landing. It was great! Filmmaking requires a lot of effort, even when it's not a feature-length film. I've actually been writing my own short film but I've gotten discouraged about it so many times over the past year, wondering if I could make it or if I even should. However, seeing you make this and watching the film itself really inspired me. I love that you are working on more stuff and I can't wait to see it! It gives me a lot of encouragement that even with a small amount of resources, you can create something good, and you should create no matter what. So thank you for being bold and creating then sharing it with the world!” –Aneika Wynn

“I watched Landing and it was beautiful, moving, poetic and so raw. I loved it! We will definitely donate to your campaign.” –Anonymous

“Landing is an extremely well produced short that sends a powerful message that needs to be seen by the masses who are burned out by today’s nonstop grind culture.” –Clark Souers, Founder of Expert Effect

Our lead actress said this about working on set with us:
“Working on the set of Landing was an incredible experience. We only shot for two days but over those two days the whole team became a family. It was such a supportive environment which helped me feel more comfortable going to very deep and emotional places. I was very grateful to be on the set of Landing and shooting in Joshua Tree was a beautiful added bonus.” Laura Dromerick
