<div>We’re Gissel &amp; Kelsey — early intervention teachers supporting Deaf &amp; Hard of Hearing babies (birth to 3 years old). We help families understand hearing loss, learn ASL, explore hearing technology, language development and most importantly… remind them they’re not alone.

<div>One of our favorite parts of the job is hosting fun, free events where families can connect, feel seen, and build community — and we’ve been funding them ourselves out of love. We’ve already hosted pumpkin patch days, splash pad playdates, and egg hunts!

<div>Somos Gissel y Kelsey — maestras de intervención temprana que apoyan a bebés Sordos o con Pérdida Auditiva (desde recién nacidos hasta los 3 años). Ayudamos a las familias a entender la pérdida auditiva, aprender lenguaje de señas (ASL), explorar tecnología auditiva, con el desarollo de lenguaje, y, lo más importante… recordarles que no están solas.

<div>Una de nuestras partes favoritas del trabajo es organizar eventos divertidos y gratuitos donde las familias pueden convivir, sentirse vistas y construir comunidad — ¡y hasta ahora los hemos financiado con mucho cariño de nuestro propio bolsillo! Ya hemos hecho visitas al pumpkin patch, chapoteaderos y búsquedas de huevitos de Pascua.
