<div>Having just left the touring cast of STOMP, I have been taking a "leap and the net shall appear" approach to finding my way back in NYC, so it was much to my delight when an opportunity to choreograph and create a work fell in my lap recently.

<div>The lovely creators of Art Bath, Mara and Liz, have entrusted me to create a 20-minute piece for their shows on September 6 and 7th at the Blue Building in Manhattan. This is truly a unique space and event and it is an honor to be included in the evenings of rich art-making that they have curated.
</div>

<div>I have selected a cast of six performers, including myself, all comprised of recent STOMP members. The majority of us have found ourselves at the end of our journeys with the show, so this is such a fabulous opportunity to dive into collaborative creativity right away. Like many artistic opportunities, though, there is not much money behind it. We have been given a performance stipend for the group, but this doesn't cover our needs.

<div>I am asking my community for support so I can pay these exceptional performers what they deserve, and to cover the costs of renting space, costumes, and props. In a dream world, I would also gain the ability to pay myself as director/choreographer!
</div>

There will be dance, live sound-making, body percussion, big-hearted ensemble energy, and maybe we will make you laugh. If all goes well, I hope to continue working on this project and grow it into other performance or residency opportunities.
