Help Us Cover Medical and Funeral Expenses

My name is Chris, and my sister and I decided to create this GoFundMe on behalf of my mom in an attempt to help her overcome the financial burden she's currently experiencing.

 

We recently lost my dad, to those who don't already know, due to a sudden and very unexpected turn of events. Without going into extraneous details, my dad was admitted to the hospital for a superficial infection, ended up getting pneumonia during his admittance, and ended up in respiratory failure.

 

His passing shocked my family and left my mom borrowing against her 401K to afford the funeral. The incoming medical bills, along with the lack of income from my dad, have left my mom understandably worried about her future.

 

My sister and I, of course, will do all we can to make sure she's taken care of, but we thought maybe others would be wanting, willing and able to help us through this difficult time.
