At Sweet Science Academy, we’re on a mission to change lives. My name is Justin Lynch, and I’m the founder of this nonprofit boxing program dedicated to giving at-risk youth a safe space to grow, learn, and succeed.

As a husband, father, business owner, and former nationally ranked amateur boxer (Top 3 in the country!), I know firsthand the power of discipline, hard work, and mentorship. Boxing taught me invaluable lessons—about resilience, work ethic, and the importance of striving for greatness. Now, I’m passing those lessons on to the next generation.

Our program doesn’t just teach boxing. It instills confidence, discipline, and life skills that help kids overcome challenges and aim higher in life. With your help, we can expand our reach by building a permanent gym—a space where more kids can grow, dream, and thrive.

This isn’t just about boxing. It’s about inspiring young people to believe in themselves, to know that with the right guidance, they can achieve greatness in and out of the ring. As someone who once won North Carolina Fighter of the Year two years in a row, I’m proud to show these kids what’s possible when you put your heart and soul into something.
