Help us bring VR Esports to Title-1 High Schools

Donation protected
The High School Heroes Esports League is a dream come true for the co-founders Leiriel and QTpop who came from low-income families and wanted to create an embracing community for all teens while offering opportunities for high school students from low-income communities to have access to virtual reality technology, get active while gaming, and learn about the technology, opening a direct path to develop a future-proof career in the industry, helping them succeed and grow in their lives.

Created during the COVID-19 pandemic, the league distributes, free-of-charge, VR equipment to Title-1 High Schools in the United States and hosts seasonal virtual reality gaming tournaments where participants can earn various prizes while practicing fitness and representing their communities. Participating schools can use the equipment to upgrade their classrooms by offering immersive lessons in virtual reality to their students via solutions catered to them by various educational virtual reality development studios. We are the only VR Esports League to hold a STEM Accredited Educational Experience certificate for the past 2 years and look forward to growing much more throughout 2023!

Thanks to the support of many people and companies in the industry we launched our first Invitational tournament in 2021 and proceeded to host 2 official seasons afterward, growing to 18 participating schools, over 1,000 community members across the US, and distributing over $ 40,000 in VR equipment, prizes and software to schools and students.

So far we have been blessed enough to have businesses that could support our efforts through sponsorship packages but the current market is tough on our partners and they are not able to help us as they did before.

We are now hosting the 3rd official season for our league and looking for community assistance to fundraise the funds needed to pay for the infrastructure, broadcasting, and prizes for the tournament winners. Outside of this GoFundMe, we have already raised roughly $350 and this amount is subtracted from the total amount requested here.

Visit our website by clicking here to learn more about us and our mission. The co-founders take no profit from the league and its tournaments but if you are an investor you can contact us directly through the website to learn more about our other projects and get involved with us.
