Help Us Bring the Circus Back: Renovation costs

Step right up, everyone, and witness the magic of the circus! Ottawa Circus School is a place where dreams come to life, where people of all ages and backgrounds can learn new skills, and where health and joy are our top priorities.

But like so many small businesses, we've faced our fair share of challenges during the pandemic. We had to give up our indoor studio and pivot to an outdoor format, but now the time is right to move back indoors. We've found a new location – a warehouse with high ceilings that are perfect for aerial arts and all the other wonderful circu arts we offer – but it needs a lot of work to fix up.

We need your help to make this space beautiful and welcoming for our community. The costs for renovations are about $30,000 to $40,000, and we're asking for your support to help us reach our goal. With your help, we can install new flooring, make major repairs to the walls, do the necessary plumbing work, and give the space a fresh coat of paint throughout.

Why is this so important? Because our circus school is more than just a place to learn new skills. We contribute to people's physical and mental health, and we're especially important for children. Our activities are great for your health and bring joy – something we all need more of after difficult times.
