<div>At Abuelita’s Wellbeing, we believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and cared for — especially those who have experienced displacement, trauma, and isolation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are raising funds to host a series of four wellbeing events for a small group of refugee women. These gatherings will offer comfort, healing, and a chance to connect — while also allowing us to collect vital feedback and impact data to support future grant applications and grow this work sustainably.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Each event will offer:
</div>
<ul>
<li>A safe and welcoming space
</li>
<li>Holistic workshops (movement, breathwork, gratitude practice)
</li>
<li>A warm, nourishing meal shared together
</li>
<li>A goodie bag filled with care items and gifts
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your donation will directly fund the materials, food, facilitators, and logistics needed to run these sessions and build a pathway for long-term support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for helping us show up for those who need it most — with kindness, dignity, and community care.
</div>

<div>Where Your Donation Goes
</div>
<div>We’re raising funds to run 4 wellbeing events for 6 refugee women — each designed to bring care, connection, and healing. Here’s exactly how your support will be used:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Food &amp; Drinks – £240
</li>
</ul>
<div>(£10 per person per meal x 6 women x 4 events)
</div>
<div>Nutritious, home-cooked meals to nourish body and soul.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Travel Support – £288
</li>
</ul>
<div>(£12 per woman per event)
</div>
<div>Ensuring all participants can attend with ease and dignity.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Goodie Bags – £360 (£15 x 6 women x 6 events)
</li>
</ul>
<div>Thoughtfully curated with essential oils, electrolytes, and wellness products — items they wouldn’t normally have access to.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Facilitators – £800 (£100 x 2 facilitators x 4 events)
</li>
</ul>
<div>Two experienced practitioners offering movement, breathing, and gratitude workshops tailored to the group’s needs.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Admin Support – £900
</li>
</ul>
<div>A dedicated person to plan, coordinate, and run logistics behind the scenes (6 hours per event x 4 events).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Impact Report – £150
</li>
</ul>
<div>To gather participant feedback, measure impact, and help us apply for long-term grant funding to sustain this work.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Stretch Goal: Extra Care, Just for Them
</div>
<div>Our main goal is £2,288 — enough to run 4 nourishing events.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But if we go beyond that, we’d love to offer each woman a free 1:1 session in our studio, with the practitioner of their choice — from massage to craniosacral therapy, nutrition, or yoga.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Cost: £480 (6 individual treatments)
</div>
<div>A chance for each woman to feel truly seen, held, and cared for more deeply.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Let’s make this happen together. Every little bit helps bring warmth, community, and healing into lives that need it most.
