<div>We are raising funds to host a series of four wellbeing events for a small group of refugee women. These gatherings will offer comfort, healing, and a chance to connect — while also allowing us to collect vital feedback and impact data to support future grant applications and grow this work sustainably.

<div>Two experienced practitioners offering movement, breathing, and gratitude workshops tailored to the group’s needs.

<div>A dedicated person to plan, coordinate, and run logistics behind the scenes (6 hours per event x 4 events).

<div>Our main goal is £2,288 — enough to run 4 nourishing events.

<div>But if we go beyond that, we’d love to offer each woman a free 1:1 session in our studio, with the practitioner of their choice — from massage to craniosacral therapy, nutrition, or yoga.

<div>A chance for each woman to feel truly seen, held, and cared for more deeply.
