<div>Our lives changed forever on Christmas eve when we got word that Daniel was taken by ICE enforcers on his way back home from work. For those who know Daniel, you know he is a kind hearted man, a good son and friend, a free soul and a hard worker, who has always stood for his people and loved hanging out and having a great time. Daniel has no criminal record and his detention is just one example of the many wrongful detainments happening across the country by ICE. Now, it is our turn to stand up for him.

<div>The reality is that fighting a detention like this is an uphill battle, one that requires expert legal counsel and resources that our family simply cannot afford alone. We are starting this fundraiser in hopes to help cover the mounting legal fees necessary to get Daniel back safe and sound and bring him back to the people who love him.
