Help with Isaac & Jacob's adoption

Friends & Family, it's humbling to ask but we need your immediate help, please! A few days ago we had a shift in our Adoption process (from County to State DSS), that isn't a problem by itself, however it comes with roughly $5500 in unexpected fees that are due immediately in order to continue with Adoption! The total cost for Jacob & Isaac's Adoption, not including any of the cost of Guardianship, is going to amount to about $18k by the time we are all through. So far we've been managing the Adoption costs on our own (the vast majority of it is predictible expenses) and we anticipate being able to continue to do so moving forward, but in doing this our budget is obviously tight and having to pay out $5500 within 10 days is just not possible. Please, please help if you can, every little bit relieves our burden and pushes us forward. Jacob & Isaac are so ready to just be home, with their forever family, without any more questions, worry or fear! We've seen God move several mountains on this journey so far and we are laying this at His feet, full of faith, that He will move this one as well.
A quick re-cap of our journey to this point:
Many of you have followed our journey over the past year as we became part of Isaac & Jacob's life, brought them from their orphanage in Mexico to the U.S., and moved through their Guardianship process in family court. Last December we were granted permanent Guardianship of Isaac & Jacob. While they have had communication with their birth mother through out this process, and will continue to for their lifetimes, over the past year Isaac & Jacob have found their forever family with us. We are very excited to have started the Adoption process this past summer and we anticipate completing it sometime early next summer.
Because of the uniqueness of Isaac & Jacob's situation, as well as their sister Frances' (she is now reunited and living with their birth mother), our path with them hasn't followed a standard adoption track. They are U.S. Citizens, all born here, who were abandoned in Mexican Social Services care over 10 years ago, during which time they lived in the orphanage where we met them. There have been components of International Adoption, Foster Care and just now Independent Private Adoption. Mostly this has been a remarkable testament to the power of our Soverign God and His ability to move mountains! Several of you helped us with the initial cost of bringing them here, of ensuring they had everything they needed to settle into life here, also assisting with the financial cost of an expedited Guardianship process. We are forever grateful for the help we've received!
When we started their Adoption process we were under the impression the full process would take place in the County Family Court, since with Guardianship they have fallen under the jurisdiction of the Kinship Program which includes oversight by a County Social Worker. This is where the uniqueness of their situation has surprised us and we've had to shift gears rapidly. We are still going to be completing their Adoption in the County Courts but it is the State Department of Social Services that needs to conduct all of the investigative process involved with their adoption. They're going to do home visits, meet with all of us individually, do our background checks, meet with the boys birth mother and several other pieces that amount to ensuring that the boys are safe and happy with us and that this Adoption is in their best interest. All good, just a sudden and unforseen cost! This is where we are trusting God to move this mountain.
