Help Underserved Youth Access Tutoring & Test Prep
Tax deductible
At Rising Scholars Foundation, we believe every student—regardless of income, background, or circumstance—deserves a real chance to succeed.
For the 2025–2026 school year, we’re raising funds to provide life-changing academic support to students from underserved communities who need it most. Your donation will go directly toward offering full and partial scholarships for one-on-one tutoring, SAT & ACT prep, and college admissions guidance for students who otherwise couldn't afford these services.
What We Do:
- 1-on-1 Academic Tutoring: Personalized support for students from underrepresented backgrounds, tailored to their learning needs.
- SAT & ACT Prep: Proven strategies that boost scores and unlock scholarship opportunities.
- College Readiness & Application Help: Step-by-step guidance through the admissions process, including essay help, FAFSA support, and building college lists.
- Support for Homeless & At-Risk Youth: We ensure that even students facing housing insecurity have access to the academic tools and mentorship they need to thrive.
Why It Matters:
For many of our students, Rising Scholars is not just providing educational supports —our services give students their first chance to see what’s possible. A higher SAT score can mean a full-ride scholarship. One-on-one tutoring can turn a failing grade into graduation. A college acceptance letter can become the first in a family’s history—and a stepping stone out of generational poverty. We’ve worked with students to change the trajectory of their lives—helping them to discover their full potential. But without funding, too many bright, motivated students are left behind.
In the past year alone, we’ve seen firsthand the difference these services make:
- Students who were failing now passing with confidence
- Teens who had never considered college now preparing for dorm life
- Youth experiencing homelessness getting mentorship, stability, and academic consistency
