Kugusa Moyo International is Non-Political, Non-Governmental, and a Christian faith-based charity Organization comprising youths and women. In order to achieve this goal, we need to develop sustainable communities established by Christ and connect with those who need and suffer most. Our activities include preaching the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ through practical charity works of showing God’s love, by touching hearts of the needy and underprivileged children, women and other groups of marginalized people in communities.

In Uganda, domestic violence and school violence often occur:
-Every child goes through bullying in school.
-18~24 years of age, 1 in 3 go through some form of emotional or verbal violence.
-18~24 years old, 1 in 3 females (35%) and 1 in 6 males (17%) experience sexual violence.
-The majority of young people 6 in 10 females (59%) and 7 in 10 males (68%) experience physical violence.

Women and children are undergoing this kind of humiliation, degradation, dehumanization of life is something we cannot imagine, but it is happening in this world. Especially among children, they are experiencing child marriage, sex violence in an early age, and lack of education opportunities for teenage girls. Even the most basic needs are difficult to obtain, but in the eyes of these Ugandan children, it is a desire to have a normal and happy childhood. They are eager to learn and gain knowledge, but they need to get up early and go barefoot, walk a long way and endure hunger to go to school. This issue leads to a serious lack of sleep and rest, and a decline in the quality of their studies. In free time, our children can do sports, games, or enjoy family time with parents, but Ugandan children are forced to work to support their families.

Your little help may completely change their lives. We will use all donations to support women and children in Uganda.
Our donations are used to support students and their families:

1.Raising chickens in the long run. (We raise a hen and a rooster for each family)
2.Provide academic materials, clothes and other support in the short term (first year only)

For mothers of single-parent families:
1. Long-term, economic empowerment (women saving, agriculture, handicrafts, and small trade clubs)
2.Provide mom kits and clothes (short-term) for single vulnerable mothers and mothers infected with HIV/AIDS.
3. Nutritional training/studies and growing vegetables/fruits. (for feeding and selling)

For the psychological and spiritual help of the Ugandan people:

• Interventions for teenage pregnancies
• Fighting Child marriage
• Concepts of reproductive health
• Mindset change
• Encouraging skills and talent development
• Encouraging vocational studies

We hope everyone can lend a helping hand and give love. When encountering difficulties in Uganda, every penny you make is important to those people. 20 dollars can buy some children's mattresses, or feed 6 families a week. 30 USD can buy 10 younger girls sanitary wares and it can also buy 10 pregnant women mama kits for safe delivery. We are here to express our strong gratitude and deepest blessings to all those who are willing to help us or help us spread information.

Our second goal is to give 250 Mama Kits for the short run.
A mama kit package contains a one meter piece of cotton cloth (baby wrapper), one laundry soap, a pair of gloves, a piece of cotton wool, small gauze, cord ligature, and a meter of polythene sheet which is used on the delivery table. ... The mama kits serve as a self selling incentive for institutional delivery.

Most rural women (3 out of 5), and mostly pregnant mothers, give birth out of no basic needs like mama Kits, lack of even the simple basic needs, they are affected with domestic and other forms of violence, subjective poverty. Yet they are the main bread winners in Africa!

 God bless all of you
