<div>The ongoing Russian attack on Ukraine has killed many and disrupted the life of most children, in particular, those with DISABILITIES. We need HELP to HELP their families to HELP all of their children in this not-for-profit initiative. Parents are the best caregivers.

<div>Please HELP us to find and contact families with children with SPINA-BIFIDA, ALCOHOL SPECTRUM DISORDERS, and other disabilities.
</div>
<div>Please HELP us to HELP them to TRAVEL so we can offer HEALTH SCREENING and HEALTHCARE and to engage specialized staff to become family-health OMBUDSMEN/ WOMEN to secure healthcare from our own or alternative sources.
</div>
<div>Although HEALTHCARE in Ukraine is largely free of charge, SPECIAL CHILDREN have SPECIAL NEEDS, and we propose to help. 
</div>
<div>There are five ongoing EPIDEMICS in Ukraine - all can be PREVENTED or, at least, ameliorated. We propose to routinely offer IMMUNIZATIONS to all members of each family (POLIO and COVID-19, among others). We also propose to facilitate access to CATHETERS, CEREBRAL SHUNTS, and other resources for individuals with SPINA-BIFIDA. At the same time, we seek to provide VITAMINS, FOLIC ACID, and MICRO-MINERALS to PREVENT SPINA-BIFIDA and its recurrence. We also seek to provide POTASSIUM IODIDE PILLS to prevent CANCER of the thyroid in case of RADIATION release by RUSSIAN ATTACKS on NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS or by ATOMIC WEAPONS.
