<div>Tyson Dunn has been my next-door neighbor for almost 13 years, and in that time, we've become more like family than just neighbors. Yesterday, Tyson experienced a devastating house fire that took everything from him. He now has no clothes, no apartment, no apt insurance, no belongings no more memories and minimum resources to fall back on. Watching someone you care about lose everything in an instant is heartbreaking, and I want to do everything I can to help Tyson get back on his feet.

<div> The funds raised here will go directly to Tyson to help him secure temporary housing, buy clothes, and cover food and other essentials he needs to get through this incredibly difficult winter. Whether the support is needed for a short time or for a longer period, every dollar will make a real difference in helping Tyson rebuild his life. Tyson is a kind and generous person who has always been there for his neighbors, and now he needs our help more than ever.

<div> Please consider supporting Tyson as he starts over after this devastating loss. Any help you can give—whether it's a donation or sharing this fundraiser—will be deeply appreciated. Together, we can show Tyson that he's not alone and help him find hope in the midst of this tragedy.
