On March 17th, 2024, the beautiful Amanda Berte passed away after giving birth to her beautiful baby girl, Abigail Luna Berte.   Tyler and Amanda Berte were high school sweethearts. They have been together since they were 16 years old. They both loved to geek out on science together. Tyler became a chemical engineer and Amanda became a science teacher for children in middle school in a rough area. She was adored and loved by all of her students, they found solace in her. She was so excited to be a mom. She didn’t even drink one cup of coffee while being pregnant! Amanda and Tyler were going back and fourth between naming her Abigail or Luna. Amanda loved Luna, but based on how much her baby girl kicked her and how feisty she was, she thought Luna was too gentle of a name. Tyler decided to name her Abigail Luna. 

Abigail Luna had to go to NICU after she was born due to respiratory distress. She was initially intubated, on IV fluids, and antibiotics. She was then sent to a different NICU because she started having seizures. All of the money that is raised will go to Tyler Berte to help him buy formula, diapers, supplies, pay for hospital bills, etc. He needs help with anything and everything. Any amount you can contribute would be greatly appreciated by Tyler, Abigail Luna, and our entire family.
