Help tyler recover from a severe football injury

I am creating this go fund me because of the overwhelming medical expenses that we are going to be experiencing as a result of a spinal cord injury tyler incurred during a football game on October 5th 2019. Tyler is a energetic, funny, loving kid that will do anything to make someone smile. He loves his team and sports in general.  He is going to have a extensive amount of weekly appointments to help recover from this possibly career ending injury. We want to be able to make sure he has every opportunity available to him to help him recover from this 100%. Its going to be a long road but with Tyler's upbeat positive attitude I believe he will get better it's just going to take time. 

Tyler plays on the westchase colts 14u team and on saturday Oct 5th he received a hit that will ultimately effect him for the rest of his life. He was taken from the field in ft.myers to lee memorial trauma center where he was unresponsive for several hours. They did a mri and ct scan which came back free of any brain bleeds or swelling. At this point he was coming to and was somewhat alert but left unable to move his arms or legs and in a extreme amount of pain. The dr's in the trauma center at that point stabalized him enough to be transferred to all childrens hospital in st pete where he remained in ICU for 4 days. This was a terrifying experience for not only me and max as parents but for his brothers zack and caton and sister makaila. It was determined that he has a severe concussion and a closed spinal cord injury with bulging in his c-6 and c-7 and narrowness of his spinal column in this location.  He has gained movement back in his arms and legs but has a significant amount more strength on his right side than left side. He will be wearing a c collar for at least 6 weeks. He will need extensive physical  and occupational therapy to recover 100%. He will have several follow ups with neurosurgeons and specialists to monitor his improvement. While we do have insurance the co pays and the out of pocket expense is overwhelming to say the least. He will have between 7 and 10 appointments weekly depending on his progress with at least a 50 dollar co pay everytime. Not to mention deductibles and the cost for the trauma center the icu and the 2 ambulance rides. There is no timeline for recovery that we can be given due to the complexity of a spinal injury. We dont like asking for anything but in a situation like this we have to. So any donations are very much appreciated and prayers and positive vibes are just as important. So please please keep tyler in your thoughts and prayers.
