<div>My 22 year old niece, Tykeedra Henderson, was tragically killed in her car at a gas station in Kansas City, Missouri on July 4, 2024. Unfortunately, she was victim of a random shooting. Despite the circumstances of her death, she is remembered as a girl that loved life, her family, and her friends.

<div>Tykeedra leaves behind her mother (Leyana), brother, two younger sisters, and a host of family and friends who loved her more than anything. Although Tykeedra was a type 1 diabetic, she had her whole life ahead of her. She had a desire to go to school to become a radiology technician, which she was going to pursue this fall.
